I had an emasculate time at this Joann’s, this morning I enjoyed a delightful breakfast and was in great distress when I realized I was in need of a bathroom and I was suggested here and I must say it was a wonderful suggestion, possibly the best I have ever received. The latrine was a wonderful experience, good height and the powerful suction of the tank was nothing like I’ve seen before,Only recommendations would be possibly some smooth jazz along with the smell of lilac or lavender in the air would be a nice touch. But otherwise 10/10

Very friendly helpful staff. They went out of their way to help us find the fabric we were looking for. Helped us measure the right size we needed for our project and provided a mirror to make sure the color fabric was perfect. Thank you

I shop at Joann far too often. Whenever I get a Pinterest idea, my first stop is Joann. My most recent project was a Festivus themed get together. The Odana Road location is very busy sometimes - but it ALWAYS makes my day better when I see Judy, the front end cashier. She is a joyful, patient and kind person. She always finds a coupon I missed. She always puts me in a good mood. One day, she was the only cashier and a line of customers maybe 20 people long. She treated every customer with such kindness and respect and never seemed overwhelmed. We need more Judy's in the world! Update: Judy is still the sweetest and the best employee at Joann's!

I've come here quite a few times over the years for various projects 1 is the 1975 mallard golden eye 13' camper.
We picked all of our material from Joann's and it turned out great thank's 🤠

I came in to buy materials for our soon-to-be-born grandson's "Welcome to the World' blanket. I'm not much for crafts and so wandered around until Jess offered to help me select fabric and scissors for the project. Thanks to Jess's guidance and creativity, our baby will be getting a gorgeous, homemade blanket to snuggle in.

This was a lovely Joann fabrics. Staff were very friendly and the shelves were well stocked. I found lots of great deals too. Just don't come on a Saturday - it will be busy!

This was the first time I had ever been there. I to get replacement slider kit zippers to put in cat sweaters. They have every thing in the store, clerks were very helpful too.

The fabric selection here is fantastic. Aisles upon aisles. I bought some upholstery fabric to update some chairs.

My young cashier was great. Cleaned counter and card machine real well. Took coupon easily. Happy personable
I did not see her name on receipt 4/28 at 11:28 am so I took extra step and called the store Amanda was her name. Can names be put on receipts

I always go in and spend too much money, lol. The staff there is great, super helpful. They talked to me about sewing machines (I am just learning), helped me score some coupons, and are overall just so sweet and friendly. The fabric selection is amazing. Overall, it's just a fun store!

They have a great selection. It's difficult for me to find specific special occasion fabrics sometimes but I think that's just the nature of selling something that has so many variations out there.

I'm biased because I'm crafty, but I love this store. I don't love always waiting in line, sometimes for a very long time, but it's usually worth waiting. Great deals, especially with coupons (paper or online coupons). Not a huge fan of the usual wait at the fabric cutting counter. They probably need more employees in the checkout lanes, but it won't keep me from going there.

Everything you'll need for most crafting. They run excellent sales and the clearance stock is plentiful. They are also generous with coupons. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and very helpful. Excellent covid precautions in place as well. I was surprised to find items specific for cosplay.

Great craft store. I always can find what I’m looking for...and some times things I’m not. Wait till there’s a 60% off coupon and get your expensive items so much less! Lots of parking and the staff are pretty friendly. Lines are often long with only one cashier or person at the fabric table so make sure you give yourself enough time. Lots of neat craft ideas for toddlers and young kids.

Staff is always pleasant. They generally have a good selection, at least when it comes to yarn, fabric, or jewelry supplies. If you sign up for their emails, they constantly have good coupons. There is always parking available even during big sales.

Thank you to Sebastian for the insightful info on how to work with fur. After asking if I’d worked with fur, I was given a quick “tutorial” on how to cut, sew, etc. I’m pretty sure I would have had to repurchase everything and start over without the info offered. Thanks for help you gave me to create what I wanted without the trial/error!

The staff here is very helpful and quick! I went it looking for an odd colored burgundy fleece. After unsuccessfully locating it I asked a staff member for help. We not only went through everything on the wall but also dug through the remnants and discount section to find just the right thing.. She was a big help.
